Open full sizeWho OneCraft is for
OneCraft is designed for people building OneStream dashboards, business rules, adapters, reports, and XFProj packages. It is useful when a team needs to move from a business requirement to a structured project without starting every XML file and rule from a blank page.
It does not replace a live OneStream environment. Instead, it helps prepare, edit, validate, and export the project artifacts that can be imported into OneStream.
What happens in a typical project
A user describes the outcome they need in plain English. OneCraft can ask clarifying questions, propose a file-level plan, and then generate or edit the relevant project files. The user stays in control of approval and can review the workspace at every step.
- Create or edit dashboards, components, adapters, and business rules.
- Work in a persistent project workspace rather than a one-shot chat response.
- Validate structure, naming, and relevant code before export.
- Download a ready-to-import project package when the work is complete.
Why validation matters
Structured OneStream work is sensitive to object names, XML shape, file paths, and rule compilation. OneCraft puts validation into the workflow so issues can be found while the project is still easy to change, rather than only after an import attempt.
